Sustainable Fashion at the University of Chester

Faux fur producer ECOPEL has been supporting fashion students for the last two years and has launched KOBA® school, a student support programme with the goal to promote sustainable and vegan fashion.
With the support of PETA UK, several of our Fashion Design students at the University of Chester have been given the opportunity to work with faux fur from ECOPEL’s deadstocks and a selection of KOBA® bio-based fur made using the Sorona® technology.
KOBA® school aims to spread the positive message that animal-free and sustainable materials are the future of fashion to the new generation of designers.
