How to make my dinner:
Mini cucumbers (as many. as you’d like)
mini peppers (as many as you’d like)
1 cup rice (I use frozen and then defrost it for 2 mins while I cut up my veggies)
1/4 block of tofu
2 tsp tahini
2 capfulls or tsp of low sodium soy sauce
– on this day I sprinkled my tofu with seasoning, that’s because I usually use nutritional yeast, but I didnt have any.
