VEGAN CHIPOTLE MAYO | Food Hack Using “Just Mayo” From My Dollar Tree Haul | Dairy Free

As a chipotle fan, I always have the yummy powder made of smoke-dried jalapeños in the house. Stirring it in affordable vegan mayonnaise together with two other ingredients makes a great imitation of pricey name brand chipotle mayo!

CHIPOTLE MAYO
8 Fl. Oz. vegan mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Tapatío sauce *
1/2 tablespoon chipotle powder (e.g. this one:

* Caution: The amount only refers to Tapatío. If you want to use a different chili sauce brand, look up how hot the sauce is compared to Tapatío and adjust the amount! For example, Tabasco is hotter so you need less. Use online sources to look up a sauce’s Scoville unit, e.g. here:

Put the mayo into a bowl, then add the chipotle. Mix until the powder is completely incorparated. Add the sauce and mix well. Finally add the lemon juice and mix until incorporated. Keep the mayo in a cotainer in the fridge up to 4 days.
