I’d love to share this cracker recipe with you because it is one I use all the time for its versatility, ease of making and simple ingredients.
Here’s the recipe:
3 large carrots
1 small onion
1 medium red pepper
1 small green pepper
1 small jalapeño
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds ground into flour (I use my Nutribullet)
1/2 ground flax seeds
1/4 cup parsley
salt to taste
