These 4 easy vegan recipes in the air fryer are actually super delicious and pretty easy to throw together! The air fryer always surprises me with how many things you can make it. Bang Bang Cauliflower:
1 head Cauliflower
1 block super firm tofu

3/4 cup gluten free flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1.25 cup water
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp onion
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt

Bang Bang Sauce
¼ cup vegan mayo
4-6 tbsp thai sweet chili sauce
1-2 tsp sriracha

Press the tofu. Combine all batter ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth. Chop cauliflower into pieces and tear the pressed tofu. Toss the cauliflower and tofu in the batter. Dip each piece into the breadcrumbs and then Place in the air fryer basket. Bake on 400 for 20 min shaking half way through cook time. Meanwhile, whisk the sauce together. Once Cauliflower is golden and crispy, toss in the sauce.

Rice Paper Bacon
6 sheets rice paper
85 g extra firm tofu (pressed)

2 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp water
2 tsp tahini
1 tsp liquid smoke
½ tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp garlic powder
Pepper to taste

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Cut rice paper into strips using kitchen shears and set aside. Crumble tofu in a small bowl. Whisk marinade together. Pour about 1 tbsp over the tofu crumbles and let marinate for a few minutes. Dip the rice paper strips in the marinade until just pliable and then place in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle the crumbled tofu on top. Top with another rice paper strip dipped in the marinade and press together. Bake in the air fryer at 370 for 5 minutes, flip them and go another 5 minutes.

Chocolate PB Banana Quesadilla
1 Tortilla
½ banana
1-2 tbsp Sunbutter
Chocolate Chips

Spread the nut butter, on the tortilla. Add banana slices and chocolate chips to ½ of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla and then place in the airfryer at 350 for 3 minutes, flip and go another 3 minutes.

Tortilla Chips

Cut tortillas into triangles. Add the tortillas into the airfryer basket. Squeeze lime over top and sprinkle with salt. Bake in the airfryer at 370 for 4 minutes. Shake the basket and bake another 2 minutes.
