Peanut sauce

1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup hot water
2 tsp maple syrup
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 TBS fresh ginger, roughly chopped
1 TBS soy sauce or Bragg’s liquid aminos
dash of Sriracha
1 tsp rice vinegar

Vegan ranch

1 cups soaked cashews
1/2 tsp salt
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 TBS apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Dijon
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Lots of freshly cracked pepper
Salt to taste
Splash of almond milk
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 TBS fresh dill
2 TBS fresh parsley
