Listed below are the ingredients and quantities I used in this video.
***The recipe shown in this video yields for aprox 2-3 people***

-1 butternut squash (medium sized)
-4 tbsp nutritional yeast
-1/4 cup soy milk
-1tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 lemon juiced
– water to adjust thickness of sauce** I reserved some of the pasta water for this.
-8 oz. gluten free pasta
-fresh herbs(sage/thyme/Italian parsley)**optional
