– 3 cups of homemade soya milk
– 1/4 cup lemon juice
add the soya milk to a pot on medium heat. once hot, add the lemon juice. let the mixture start to curdle and transfer to a muslin cloth to get rid of the liquid. take to a tofu press or any container with weight on top in order to make your tofu firm. let dit for at least 30 minutes and store in the fridge for up to 5 days!
