Dosa For Beginners | Vegan, Gluten-free Indian Breakfast

For my improved dosas:

I halved the batter recipe for testing but the actual measurements are as follows:

For Batter / Dosa Pindi – 2 cups rice
½ cup urad Dal
⅓ cup Chana Dal
1 tsp Methi Seeds / Fenugreek

I used the recipe from the Cooking Shooking channel because of the tips and tricks

Serve it with gobi masala instead of the usual aloo masala
