But Lions Eat Meat | Appeal To Nature Fallacy | Animal Rights Lecture | Veganism

Many people claim that it is all right to eat meat because lions eat meat, that eating meat is natural. Firstly it is incorrect to justify an action as an ethically right one by comparing ourselves to wild animals. That is an appeal to nature fallacy, meaning just because something is natural does not mean that it is necessarily the right thing to do. Lions kill other lions, does that now justify humans killing other humans. Lions kill the cubs of other prides, does that now justify us killing our neighbour’s children? We are not lions, we are humans. We have the cognitive capacity to distinguish between right and wrong. We have the moral obligation to act in the right way and the only way to be ethical on this planet for humans is to be Vegan.

For the Vegans out there who want to and are in a position to financially support my work, please read the following. If you like the work we do and feel you can support us when it to comes to the maintenance, repair of our equipment and also our overhead charges please consider supporting our Patreon. There are tiers that range from $1 a month to $15 a month. You can choose any tier you want to, but please note that I will not be making any exclusive content for Patreon as me and my partner are too occupied making content for our current social media handles. Thanks in advance.

Also if you are non vegan please do not become a donor. Don’t give money for a cause that tries to abolish animal exploitation while exploiting animals yourself in order to cancel out your guilt. Please do not support me financially if you are not a Vegan yourself.
Thanks!
