Zero waste celery! #shorts
Celery it’s an amazing source of nutrients and I love to grow it in the garden! You can cut the base, regrow it in water and transplant in the garden. Also, using the oven just once I prepared the gratin for dinner, salt and stock powder which will last for a month!
CELERY SALT:
– Leaves of a whole head of celery
– 200g x corse salt
CELERY SHOT:
– 4 x celery stems
– 1 x medium ginger
– Lemon
NOTE: juice the ingredients and keep the solids, bake, blend so you can make stock powder!
CELERY GRATIN:
– 5 to 10 x celery stems
– 1 x onion
– 2 x cloves of garlic
– 1 to 2 x tbsp plant based butter
– 150 ml x oat cream
– 1 x handful pine nuts
– 150 g x bread crumbs
– Top with vegan Parmesan
