Giving in to cravings thinking that we are “listening” to our body is the worst thing we can do. Meat, poultry and fish are full of parasites, uric acid and saturated fat. It feeds the pathogenic bacteria you’ve been harboring in your gut your entire life.
We don’t become deficient from eating a vegan or raw vegan diet we become deficient from malabsorption which develops from eating acid forming foods like meat, poultry, fish, grains, legumes, starches, processed foods and oil. Beating cravings comes from detoxifying the body and cleansing the gut so you can thrive on lighter, higher vibration, higher energy foods.
Ditch this idea you have to cook animals to be healthy, it’s simply not true! Until you properly cleanse your body of parasites, crystallized acids and misfolded proteins you’ll be battling these thoughts for the rest of your life.
