Ingredients:

⁠3-4 pitted dates⁠
1 cup of almond milk (or other plant-based milk)⁠
1 cup of ice (or more) ⁠
2 frozen bananas ⁠
1/2 – 3/4 organic pumpkin puree ⁠
1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice ⁠
1 generous scoop of vegan protein powder ⁠
