1 lrg ripe plantain
2 slices Arnold Stone Ground 100% whole Grain Bread

Caribbean Green Juice (add any amount you choose )
Kale
Celery
Ginger
Lettuce
Green Bell (Sweet) Pepper
Cucumber
Cane Sugar
Lemon Juice
