INGREDIENTS:
Silk Almond Milk:
Coconut Water:
Viva Chia Seeds:
Maranatha Peanut Butter:
Vega Sport Protein:
Maca Root Powder:
Raw Organic Coconut Oil:
Roasted Almond Butter:
Dried Goji Berries:
Fresh or Frozen Banana
Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
Fresh Baby Spinach
Fresh Kale

RECIPE (Makes 2-4 servings):
2 cups – water
1 cup – unsweetened almond milk (or other nut milk)
1 cup – coconut water
1 – banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup – fruit (fresh or frozen -blueberries, strawberries, mango, etc.)
2 tbsp – raw organic virgin coconut oil
2 tbsp – almond butter (raw or roasted)
3 scoops – Vega Protein & Greens (or your favourite vegan protein)
1 tsp – chlorella
1 cup – baby spinach
1 medium – kale leaf
1 tsp – maca (optional)
1/2 tsp – ashwagandha (optional)

Thanks for watching my video! Allow me to introduce myself…

I’m an award-winning singer/songwriter releasing original music (and covers) under my name, Marcio Novelli. I started Crazy Vegan in 2017 as a fun way to make videos with my kids and share a cruelty-free plant-based lifestyle with others. After uploading my final video in June 2018, I ended the project (along with taking a hiatus from my music and podcast) to focus on other areas of my life.

Over the years, my kids found our old “Crazy Vegan” videos on YouTube and started urging me to relaunch the project as they thought it would be a lot of fun. I finally caved and, in Autumn 2022, we produced our first video in over four years.
