¾ cup of plain Yogurt
1 ½ tsp Honey
4 scoops of Vanilla ice cream
For seasoning :
4 cubes of ice
1 ½ tsp Cardamom powder

B) For Apple Smoothie :-
2 nos Apple
250 ml Milk
1 tsp Honey
½ tsp Cardamom
Few Almonds
For seasoning :
Pieces of apples
dry fruits of choice
