Mixed Berry Smoothie- Healthy recipes

This Mixed Berry Smoothie is easy to make, healthy, and refreshing. It’s is high in fiber, antioxidants, protein, vitamins and minerals.

It is ready in just 5 minutes! A total triple threat with three types of berries packet with nutritional and health benefits. It provides a quick energy boost. It’s is my go to smoothie recipe rather for breakfast or lunch, it keeps me full for longer and is perfect when I focusing on my improving my health.

Ingredients:
* Blueberries: 1 cup
* Raspberries: 1 cup
* Strawberries: 1 cup
* Banana: 1
* Yogurt: 1 cup (I used protein yogurt, @fage)
* Walnuts: 1 tbsp
* Honey: 1-2 tbsp
* Coconut water, water, or any milk
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Makes 3 medium-sized glasses.

* You can store the smoothie in the fridge for 1-2 days. However, since it contains banana, I prefer finishing it within 24 hours.
Tip:
* You can use frozen berries to make the smoothie.
* Overripe bananas are excellent for smoothies. They have more natural sweetness and flavor, and are higher in antioxidants than just ripe ones.
