MACRO FAILURE , VEGAN SMOOTHIES & DETOX WATERS

Hey everyone! so this video i was going to TRY to properly calculate my macros for my meal prep for the week. Instead i realized that there are levels to this lmao so i need to do a little more researching which i will !
This week i did calculate my BMR meaning about how many calories you should eat a day. i calculated 2300 calories but i took it to 2000 because i didn’t feel i needed more then the average caloric intake on a daily basis. i do workout about 4-6 days a week and i do stay in the gym for about 1-2 hours , but im trying to lose weight so i want to decrease my calories every two weeks with carb cycling.
All my breakfast muffins have 100 calories in each
1 slice of turkey bacon
15g of spinach
15 g of mushrooms
and 7 tablespoons of Organic Egg Whites
***Lunch and Dinner Details****
1: i used 1 cup of veggies and my kale , green beans, and broccoli all equal 40 calories
i just goggled the nutrition facts on these veggies for one cup worth to get the calorie break down.
2: I used Salon and tilapia equaling 50-55g each piece which is about 200-220 calories
1g Protein = 4 Calories
**** my carbs are always sweet potatoes and rice
i have 1/2 cup of sweet potatoes which i found out may equal about 80 calories and my rice equals about 60 calories
i just goggled the sweet potato break down and did some math with the nutrition label for my rice.
My mixed salad are also weighted out i just didnt show them but they have about 200 calories in each salad without dressing.
