Day 1 juice recipe
1 bunch of cilantro
4 leaves of kale
1 lemon peeled lemon
1 cucumber
1-inch ginger
Handful beet leaves
Day 2 juice recipe
A handful of mint
A handful of cilantro
A handful of parsley
4 leaves of kale
1 cucumber
2 limes
5 apples
1 or 2-inch ginger.
Smoothie Recipe
few leaves of romaine lettuce
1 ripe banana
1 scoop of protein powder (I love Sunwarrior because it’s soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegan)
1 tsp spirulina
1 cup water
Raspberry chocolate chia pudding
4 tbsp Chia seeds, 1 tbsp cacao, 3/4 cup coconut milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup. Layers, coconut yogurt, and smashed raspberries. It is topped with fresh goji berries.
