Hello & Welcome! This video depicts how I prepare my favorite high calorie vegan weight gain smoothie, that is also alkaline. I have been drinking this smoothie consistently for the past year. Along with additional high calorie vegan meals, I have had much success.

Please note, there is nothing wrong if you choose to gain weight with peanut butter, Hershey’s chocolate syrup, ice cream, pork chops, fried foods, etc. I was looking for an alternative option for me and I could not find many at the time. This came to me while I was seeking ideas online and experimenting in the kitchen. I have been benefiting and enjoying ever since. I hope you enjoy as well! Please like, share and subscribe.

– Coconut Milk 1 cup 500 cal
– 1 whole Hass Avocado 240 cal
– 4 Dates (approx) 200 cal (could be more)
-1 Burro Banana 100 cal
– 1/4 cup Blueberries 20 cal
-10 Strawberries 20 cal ( Total 8 – 10 large; ranges from 2 – 6 calories depending on size) I usually choose smallest calorie amount
– Total: 1080 calories
I recommend adding Mango and/or Raspberries. It helps to conceal the flavor of the avocado and improve the taste even more.
