EASY PLANT BASED VEGAN SMOOTHIES



EASY VEGAN SMOOTHIES FOR THE SUMMER!!
I love smoothies, they are so rich and creamy and yummy & so easy to put together. When I make smoothies I don’t usually abide by a recipe, I just go with the flow and blend things together. I hope these are to your liking!

Melon Smoothie:
Frozen Melon
Frozen Banana
1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
Soy Milk
Ice Cubes (I add the ice at the end once I’ve blended all other ingredients until smooth)

Cucumber Smoothie:
Frozen Banana
Frozen Cucumber
Frozen Pineapple
1 tbsp of Ground Flaxseed
Soy Milk
Ice Cubes

Raspberry Smoothie:
Frozen Rasberries
Soy Milk
Ice Cubes
(As mentioned in the video, if you would like a less acidic taste, do add frozen bananas. It will come out creamier for sure)
