DQ style dairy-free Blizzard. Upside down or it’s free ????
Recipe for 2 Cookie Dough:
1/4 cup nut butter of choice
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup almond flour
1 – 1 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tablespoon dairy free chocolate chips
Stir together maple syrup and nut butter in a bowl. Then add in almond flour and coconut flour. Stir in chocolate chips and roll into a ball. Roll into small balls and place in freezer while you make the nice cream.
6 ripe bananas (frozen overnight)
1/3 cup coconut cream (thick white cream on top of canned coconut milk)
2-3 tablespoons peanut butter
*if you like it really sweet feel free to add maple syrup or alternative sweetener
Slice frozen bananas. Place all ingredients together in a high powered blender or food processor (nut butter and coconut cream at bottom by blades).
If you don’t have a vitamix (Buy from Amazon here: with tamper, stop blender or food processor and scrape down sides until smooth.
