Cashew milk is so easy to make!

Ingredients:
– 1 cup cashews
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
– 5 cups water (1 for soaking, 4 for blending)

Instructions:
1. Soak your cashews overnight in the fridge in 1 cup of water (or enough water to cover them)
2. In the morning, rinse them and put them into a blender
3. Add 4 cups water, vanilla extract and maple syrup
4. Blend for 30-60 seconds – it should be white and frothy when it’s done
5. Store in an airtight container or jug and refrigerate
