Smoothie number 1:
2 cups frech pineapple chunks
3?4 to 1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup chopped kale (without stem)
1/2 cup Orange Juice
Blend until smooth
Smoothie number 2:
2 bananas
1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 date
1 teaspoon hempseeds
1 teaspoon almond butter
1/2 cup plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
Blend until smooth.
Smoothie number 3:
1 medium size apple
1/2 to 1 cucumber
1/2 celery stalk
handful of spinach
1 inch of a piece of fresh ginger
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup of water
3 to 4 mint leaves (optional)
Blend until smooth.
