*1/2 banana
*1/2 pear
-IMMUNITY SMOOTHIE
*¼ cup (70ml) plant based milk
*¼ cup (70ml) plant based yogur
*1/2 banana
*1/2 tsp of elderberry powder
*½ cup of frozen berries
-WEIGHT LOSS SMOOTHIE
*¼ cup (70ml) plant based milk
*¼ cup (70ml) plant based yogurt
*1/2 banana
*1/2 apple
*1/2 tsp lemon juice
*1/2 tsp blue spirulina
