Casserole Ingredients:
-300 grams of mushrooms
-250 grams of shallots (or leeks, onions…) + a few for decoration
-200 grams of cherry tomatoes + a few for decoration
-100 grams of spinach
-olive oil
-600 grams of silken tofu
-4 tbsp chickpea flour
-2 tbsp nutritional yeast
-1 garlic clove
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-1 tsp salt
-basil leaves for decoration
