Middle Eastern Inspired “Snickers” Bars!
This is my absolute favorite way to eat dates! follow @justinecooksvegan for healthy vegan recipes like this!

7 medjool dates, pitted and sliced down the middle on one side
2 tbs tahini
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp flakey salt
1 dark chocolate bar (I used salty dark chocolate by Hu kitchen)
In a bowl, mix together tahini, maple syrup, cardamom and flakey salt until smooth. Then using a knife, stuff the dates with tahini mixture. Put on a plate and freeze for at-least 3 hours. Melt a chocolate bar and dip the frozen dates in it and coat well. Repeat for the process each date and place them onto a plate lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Thaw for 5-10 minutes before enjoying! I love having these on hand 😋
