In this video I show you how to make two yummy plant based cheese sauces. One is a low fat sauce made with only a little bit of cashews and the other is competely nut free and fat free. I lost 40 lbs in 11 months when I switched to a high starch, low fat plant based diet. I read the book “The Starch Solution” by Dr. John Mcdougall and it has forever changed my life. Not only did I lose 40 lbs but I also got rid of cystic acne, bad blood pressure, prediabetes, and bad cholesterol. I also had many female health issues going on that completely reversed after eating this way. Im sharing my journey and how I did it.

recipe:
3 cups peeled diced potato
1/2 cup diced carrot
1/2 cup raw cashews (replace with canned white beans or simply leave out)
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp onion pwdr
2 tsp garlic pwdr
2 tsp salt
squeeze of 1/4 lemon
2-3 cups water, 1 1/2 cups if doing nut free
for fat free leave out cashews and replace with 1/2 cup white beans or leave beans out as well and just blend ingredients, adding less water to the fat free one
