No milk, no eggs, no butter! Easy vegan soft cake (fasting dessert)
This vegan dessert is very easy to prepare. It is a soft cake witout eggs, without butter, and without milk. only stir the flour with orange juice and vegetable oil and bake. This is a soft fluffy cake you should try! I prepare it with coconut oil, but you can use any kind of vegetavle oil you like!
INGREDIENTS:
– 450 g of flour (pastry flour, soft flour)
– 550 g of orange juice
– 2 tbsp vinegar
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 20 g cacao
– 20 g of baking powder
– 100 g vegetable oil
– 200 g of sugar
– a pinch of salt
– orange zest
-1/4 tsp turmenic
– 50 g raisins
– powdered sugar
