You can use as many or as little of these as you’d like! (for example, if sun dried tomatoes are expensive where you are, then only get 1 instead of 2, etc)

1 onion
4 cans chickpeas
2 cans artichokes
2 cans coconut milk
sun dried tomatoes
bag of spinach
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
