🌟 Penne with Creamy Plant Based Sauce and Mince Balls🌟
For 4-6 portions:
200g of VeggoFix Chick Mince
250g of water
Mix, let it hydrate for 33 minutes, make 32 mince balls and fry them in 3 tbsp of oil till golden. It is that simple!
500g of dried penne pasta
Boil till done.
For the creamy sauce. Put in a blender:
250g of cooked red lentils
2 glasses of unsweetened oat milk (homemade: blend 100g of raw oats with 1 liter (or less) of water, strain it, keep the pulp for pancakes or cookies, boil the milk for 5 minutes and store in the fridge.)
3 tbsp of tomato pasta
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
1 tbsp of paprika powder
1 tbsp of smoked paprika powder
2 tbsp of dried garlic
sprinkle of cloves or nutmeg powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of mustard
1 tsp of olive juice
2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
You can add it to the pasta as it is or heat it up beforehand.
