Is my WHOLE FOOD PLANT BASED DIET DEFICIENT?



A common concern when transitioning to a whole food plant based diet is deficiency. Do I need to religiously follow a daily dozen or other complicated checklist? Especially in the beginning as you begin your transformation, the answer is simply no. By the time you ever got deficient in something, you will have been practicing your new way of eating so much that you’ll be ready to add more variation when the time is right for you. Don’t worry about the complexities everyone keeps talking about. Eat a healthy whole plant food diet without processed junk and you will thrive!
