I Tried Viral VEGAN 15 Minute TikTok Meals

Sauce:
-1/2 cup (125ml) water
-4 Tbsp soy sauce
-2 Tbsp sweetener (I took maple syrup)
1 Tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar or rice vinegar or lemon juice)
Else:
-1/2 Tbsp tahini
-1/2 Tsp Chili flakes
-2 Tbsp corn starch

My Additions:
-buckwheat noodles
-1/2 block silken tofu
-snap peas, carrots, broccoli

3 Roma tomatoes, diced
4 Persian cucumbers, diced
1 red onion, peeled and diced
½ cup parsley, finely chopped
½ cup mint, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper, freshly cracked
1 lemon, juiced
4 pita breads
4 tbsp vegan tzatziki, or hummus

My Additions:
– 15 oz chickpeas

16 oz whole wheat linguine
1 tbsp olive oil, optional
1 red onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp tomato paste
¾ cup vegetable broth
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup vegan cheese, shredded, optional
½ cup pasta water
1 handful fresh basil

My Additions:
Add nutritional yeast, salt, blend silken tofu or white beans with the oat or soy milk (instead of coconut milk) to up the protein and nutrional profile.
