I lost 60lbs on a plant based diet BUILDING MY PLATE like THIS…



Today I share a 4 step formula that I use as a general rule of thumb when building my plate for vegan weight loss! I have lost 57lbs so far by eating a low fat, oil free whole food plant based diet. I used to feel really lost about how to eat on a plant based diet. By keeping these steps in mind, it has helped me to better plan and prepare my food every day. I like to choose foods that are high in fiber and low in fat and that has been the ticket to me losing weight finally. I hope these 4 steps can help you when following a plant based diet for vegan weight loss.
