Sauce or Hummus of Choice (¼ Cup)
Sliced Tomato (½ Cup)
Chopped Greens (½ Cup)

1. Soak water and oats together for 1 hour. Then blend the water and oats together with seasoning and herbs until a smoothie-like batter forms.
2. Pour ½ cup of batter into the center of a hot, oiled pan and use a spoon to lightly spread out the batter. Allow to cook for about 3-5 minutes until the top is bubbly and the edges are starting to lift up. Flip and cook on the other side.
3. When the wraps are done cooking, fill them with sauce, chopped veggies, and greens.
4. Sing your song. Do your dance. Speak your truth and enjoy the Oat Wraps!
