Easy Tofu Meatballs in Tomato Sauce (Vegan Friendly + Delicious) #tofu



If you’ve never tried tofu like this, now’s the time.
Wholesome, protein-packed, and full of flavor, these plant-based meatballs are a weeknight win.

Ingredients:
454 g firm tofu (1 packet) – 16 oz
2 garlic cloves
80 g breadcrumbs (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
basil + parsley
1 tsp paprika
1.5 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Pat dry the tofu to remove excess moisture.
2. Add tofu, garlic, basil, parsley, breadcrumbs, paprika, nutritional yeast (optional), salt, and pepper to a food processor or blender.
3. Blend until a soft, moldable mixture forms. Add more breadcrumbs if needed.
4. Roll the mixture into small balls.
5. Lightly fry the balls in a bit of olive oil until golden about 5 minutes.
6. Simmer them in tomato sauce for 10–15 minutes.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
