Alkaline Vegan | Dr Sebi Approved | Thanksgiving Recipes



Hi everyone, so today, we did a full alkaline vegan holiday meal which can be used for either thanksgiving or Christmas. This meal included:
1. Apple Pie
2. Butternut Squash Pie
3. Wild Rice
4. Quinoa
5. Sautéed Veggies
6. Sweet Peaches
7. Steamed Chickpeas
8. Oyster Mushrooms
9. Side Salad

The same order from 1 – 9 its in now, is how I prepared this meal. It took me an entire day to be honest, but once you have for example: your avocado oil in the freezer, your chickpeas boiled, your rice and quinoa prepped, half of day or a day, all depends on how fast you are in the kitchen will be your time to complete this meal!

You can feel free to add your spin on it, however you like. If you don’t have products I used, feel free to use other products because there are lots of approved flours and oils etc…in the Dr sebi approved list. Strive not too skip through any of the process so you don’t miss out any part that you need to make the items!
