“Cesar” dressing sauce: (makes 2-3 servings)
– 1 cup raw cashews (can also use macadamia)
– 2 tsp dijon mustard
– 1 tsp capers
– 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
– 2 large garlic cloves
– juice of 2 fresh lemons
– 1-2 large medjool dates
– salt & pepper to taste
– little water to thin
