♡RECIPES:
Coffee Smoothie (serves 2):
1-1/2 cups oat milk
heaping tbsp nut butter
1 scoop protein powder
3 frozen bananas
1-2 cups ice
2 shots espresso
2 tbsp chocolate chips

– Blend until smooth.

Quinoa & Cauli Bowl (none of it was measured but here are the ingredients):
Quinoa + garlic, ginger, coconut aminos soy alternative, red pepper, mushroom, kale

Breaded Seitan- use this recipe for a tofu version:
Sauerkraut
Sweet chilli sauce

Sweet Potato & Squash Soup:
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 inch knob of ginger, chopped
4 cups chopped sweet potato & squash
1-1/2 cups broth
enough coconut milk to cover the veggies in the pot (about 1 cup)
salt, pepper, chilli flakes, lime juice to taste
