WHAT I ATE IN VANCOUVER (VEGAN) #3 // Lauren In Real Life

Just before the holidays I went to Vancouver to hang out with my friends for a few days and here’s what I ate. It’s mostly old faves with some new things mixed in.

RESTAURANTS FEATURED:
Chau Veggie Express (Granville Island) – Nonla Crispy Rolls, Rice Fields Bowl, Tropical Rainstorm Bowl
The Juicery Co. – Avocado Toast on Raw Bread, Pumpkin Waffles, Black/Purple Rice Pudding
To Die For Fine Foods (Erin Ireland) – Vegan Banana Bread (available at The Juicery Co., The Juice Truck + MORE)
Tacofino (East Van) – Cauliflower Taco and Brussels Sprouts Taco (ask for vegan options)
Heirloom – Korean Fried Cauliflower, Avocado Benny (vegan option)
Legendary Noodle – not great, not many vegan options, but the peanut noodles with spinach is pretty tasty
Kokomo (Chinatown/Main St.) – Golden Laksa, CocoWhip (Banana Cream Pie)
Nuba (Gastown) – Najb’s Special
Lucha Verde (West End) – Margarita(s), guacamole, vegan queso dip, all the vegan taco options
