Being vegan or vegetarian does not mean healthy and this video explains why. Bread is not found in nature, neither is cooked food. people who eat wheat and flour products like bread, pasta, pizza, cereal and other refined dead foods end up with everything from diabetes and weight problems to kidney failure, irritable bowel, Crohn’s disease, candida and heart problems. Many people need to understand this.
