Redefine Meat Now Available in 70 New Restaurants in the UK, Germany and The Netherlands

Israel-based food-tech startup Redefine Meat continues on from an impressive 2022 with a record Veganuary by adding over 70  new customers in the UK, Netherlands and Germany.

From fine-dining establishments, to hotels and everyday restaurants, the Michelin-starred chef endorsed Redefine Meat can now be found at The Breakfast Club and Meraki in the UK, Boterlap, Wildschut, Koks Gemert and Shakshuk in the Netherlands, and Mundfein and The ASH in Germany.

Following on from the recent open of a new large-scale factory in the Netherlands and signing a “major deal” with Giraudi Meats, Europe’s leading importer of high-end meat, the company has also launched a range of ‘New’meat’ products which includes a new Pulled Meats range and premium cuts.

Eshchar Ben-Shitrit, Redfine Meat CEO said: “We’ve come an incredible way since last Veganuary when New-meat debuted on the first menu in Europe. Fast forward 12 months, Redefine Meat is in thousands of locations globally and brought to market 16 new product innovations – including four premium cuts previously considered impossible. The uptake of New-meat has been phenomenal, and this Veganuary we celebrate a new era of no compromise meat-eating that meets the needs of meat lovers, vegetarians, flexitarians and vegans alike. We’re extremely excited to see what 2023 brings, as we ramp up production with our new large-scale factory in the Netherlands to support our ambitious expansion across Europe.”
