2️⃣ It is most likely that the freshest and healthiest eggs are available at the small store that you ignore on your drive to the mall. Supporting these small-scale retailers is a big step towards reducing the environmental impact by the transport and logistic chain.
➡️ High price on a product, like eggs, is not a sign of better quality.
3️⃣ Whichever meat you have been eating traditionally, acknowledges the regional availability. Following this and buying for one meal at a time – to be cooked balanced with grains, pulses, vegetables, etc. is healthy and sustainable.
