HOW I LOST 30 LBS IN 6 MONTHS AS A VEGAN



In this video I explain how I lost 30 lbs in 6 months as a vegan. I also show you how I eat to fill my plate and my belly so I am satisfied and full so stick around to the end of the video to watch! Eating this way has changed my life, especially after trying for YEARS to lose weight as a vegan and never seeing weight loss or feeling satisfied. It’s important to note, it wasn’t simply a plant-based diet that helped me lose weight, it was understanding calorie density and the need for a calorie deficit. But not just that, filling my plate and my stomach with more nutrient-dense foods and starch to help keep me full and satisfied was key!
