Healthy Vegan Food I Eat In A Day – Delicious And Nutritious!

What I ate as a day as a vegan. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Oatmeal or porridge oats for breakfast topped up with blueberries, jacket or baked potato with baked beans for lunch and a green lentil Ragu/Bolognese with 😋 juicy cherry tomatoes and whole wheat spaghetti for dinner. A groceries haul is also included.
