Paul Revelia:
1. Wide grip unassisted pull ups 16 total (as many reps needed)
2. Low cable row 4 sets 12 reps
3. Wide row 4 sets 12 reps
4. Lat pull down 4 sets 15 reps
5. DB Shoulder press 4 sets 12 reps
6. Lateral raises 20 reps, 15 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps…drop weight 10 reps… drop weight 10 reps (increasing weight each set…FINAL SET double drop set)
7. Face pulls superset with front raises 15/15 reps for 4 sets
