Crackers and Cheese Wiz Dip raw vegan Recipe
The EASIEST and HEALTHIEST crackers ever to make. Unbelievable simple, easy and good for you! The crackers are made from nothing but chia seeds and water. The cheese is made from cashews, pine nuts, nutritional yeast, a red bell pepper and some sea salt. Oh so good for you!
CHIA crackers
1 part chia seeds (protein EFA omegas)
2 parts water
pinch of Celtic sea salt optional
mix in bowl and let sit 2-5min
spread onto sheet
put in dehydrator at 120F 45C. After 2-3 hours when top gets hard, flip over onto mesh so bottom can dry also, continue dehydrating 6-8 hours or until hard.
CHEESE DIP for crackers
1 cup cashews
1/4 to 1 cup pine nuts
3 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 lemon squeezed
pinch of Celtic sea salt
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar (up to 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
1/4 cup water thicker or thinner w more cashews or water

Cheez-It crackers
Prepare this first in blender:
1 cup cashews
1 cup pine nuts
3 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 lemon squeezed
pinch of Celtic sea salt
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
2 Tablespoons water
Mix 1 cup chia seeds with 1 1/4 cup water, stir and immediately add cheese mix, stir and spread onto dehydrator sheet and dehydrate 120F 45C. After 2-3 hours when top gets hard, flip over onto mesh so bottom can dry also, continue dehydrating 6-8 hours or until hard.
