Vegan eggs:
1/4 peeled yellow mung beans
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp hempseeds
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar ( optional)

Sunflower seed plant based milk:
Ingredients:
1 cup raw sunflower seeds (soaked for 4-6 hours)
4 cups filtered water
1-2 pitted dates (optional, for sweetness)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions:
Soak: Drain and rinse the soaked sunflower seeds.
Blend: Add the soaked seeds and 4 cups of water to a blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Sweeten (optional): Add the dates, vanilla extract, and sea salt for extra flavor, and blend again until fully incorporated.
Strain: Pour the mixture through a nut milk bag or a fine mesh strainer to remove the pulp for a smoother milk (optional).
Store: Transfer the milk to an airtight container and refrigerate. It will keep fresh for 3-5 days. Shake well before use.
