Ali DiGiacomo tried everything to improve her pain from rheumatoid arthritis. She began suffering from RA at a young age and it ruined a promising swimming career. Doctors told her that her joints were 50 years older than she was.
By the age of 21, Ali’s condition deteriorated to a point where she could no longer walk without using a cane or even a wheelchair. After a friend suggested she try a plant-based diet, she began to explore if her condition could improve by changing her diet.
