Sorghum Tortillas (Gluten-free, vegan)



Gluten-free, easy to make, soft sorghum tortillas or flatbread also known as Juwar roti!

Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
(makes 6 to 8 tortillas)
Sorghum flour 1 cup
Water 1 cup (for boiling) + 2 Tbsp (at room temperature)
Pink salt 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 1 tsp for the dough + 3 to 4 Tbsp for spreading on cooked tortillas
